Deposits and Cancellations
All prices are subject to a 5.5% Sales Tax and 4.5% Room Tax, and we require a $250 damage deposit which will be returned after your stay provided there are no damages.  Reservations must be accompanied by a $250 deposit in order to reserve a specific date.  Half of the remaining balance is due no later than 90 days prior to your arrival date.  The final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date.  In the event that it is necessary to cancel, all prepaid deposits will be refunded ONLY if the cabin can be rented during the reserved dates.

Restrictions
Check-in time is 2 PM.  Check-out time is 9 AM.
Occupancy limited to no more than 8 cabin occupants and 4 additional daytime guests.
Parking is available for one camper or RV -- however they may not be occupied.
If you plan to bring your own boat you must contact us to make arrangements for docking space.  It may be necessary to rent dock space from a nearby marina. Your boat trailer can be parked at the cabin. There is no boat slip at the cabin grounds, however, you can use the Braywood slip across the lake at no charge.  Call for more details.
Loud or unruly partying is prohibited. Local authorities will be notified if necessary.
NO PETS ALLOWED.


Things to Bring / Things to Know
You may want to bring food, camera, fishing gear and/or bikes.  Bed sheets and blankets are provided, however, towels are not.  There is a gas grill on the deck. Propane is provided free of charge.
The pontoon boat is provided with a full tank of fuel, but you must refill the tanks upon leaving. There is a near-by marina where you can easily re-fuel. We provide life vests for eight people ranging in size from child to adult. It is your responsibility to provide your own vests if you need more of a particular size, however, no more than eight people are allowed on the pontoon boat at one time.
